1. Services

All astrology consultations are individually prepared and personally conducted by Kseniia Samoilenko. Each reading is based on the birth details and questions provided. The scope and price of each consultation are shown on this website.

2. Booking & Payment

Consultations are booked through a secure third-party payment provider. After successful payment, you will receive instructions about the next steps and will be contacted to arrange a convenient consultation date and time. You may also contact me directly at samoylens@gmail.com. Payment does not reserve a particular appointment time.

3. Consultation Preparation

To prepare your reading, I may request your date, exact time and place of birth, relevant questions, and other details needed for the selected consultation. Please provide accurate information. If you share another person's data, please make sure you have an appropriate basis to do so.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Each consultation involves personalized preparation and dedicated time. Cancellation and refund requests are considered individually, taking into account work already completed, the circumstances of the request and applicable law.

Once a consultation has been fully delivered, it is ordinarily considered completed and is not normally eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.

5. Disclaimer & Responsibility

Astrology readings are offered for personal insight and reflection. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method of predicting future events. Readings do not guarantee outcomes and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information submitted for a consultation is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website.

7. Intellectual Property

Consultation materials are intended for personal use. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or reproduction is not permitted, except as allowed by law.
